A lifelong storyteller and proud ADHD creative, she has a knack for turning ideas into engaging campaigns, meaningful community connections, and content that feels authentic. Her approach to community engagement is simple: make people feel like family.
ShaElla is also a passionate advocate for children, families, and mental health awareness. One of her favorite parts of the job is interacting with the students she serves because their brutally honest feedback keeps her humble. 😆

Deidra Parker is a Communications major at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. (Roll Tide! 🐘)
As Digital Media & Community Engagement Coordinator for Hashtag Consulting Pros, she supports content creation, social media engagement, short-form video production, and event coverage for clients across Alabama.
When she's not creating content, you'll usually find her with her nose in a book. Her favorite author is Holly Jackson, and she never turns down a good mystery. She also enjoys freelance photography... when she's in the mood. 📸
A self-proclaimed travel enthusiast, Deidra is always looking for her next adventure, especially if it involves a beach, a pool, or any body of water she can jump into. Her dream vacation destination is Thailand.
